X4JH2000-HEP is a proprietary anionic organic surface-active blend (HS Code 340211). Diluted 1:10 with tap, fresh, or salt water, it emulsifies hydrocarbons into microscopic droplets and stimulates indigenous microbial biodegradation. Non-flammable. Heavy-metal-clean.
